For example, take photos of people with lenses can be a nightmare because the glasses reflect without mercy any light source. Why not include a reflection that may be of interest rather than remove it altogether?
Integrate the reflections to your photos does not mean that do them necessarily protagonists, although this is the risk in general because they are striking and attract the gaze of the Viewer.

OK, you have tried it but the reflection you don't like and won't make you want to do. No problem! Follow these tips and you can rid of that annoying reflection, but it is best done at the time of take the photo then edit the picture but you very well know your way around Photoshop, can be tedious and even tortuous!
One of the options easier to implement, especially ideal for portraits or photos on the outside where there is enough light, is opting for a polarizing filter. This helps to reduce reflections in glasses and various surfaces (bright elements for example) but also reduces available on making light and can darken colors, especially in photos inside.
Another option is to think a little on the directionality of the light at the time of taking the photo. It is a matter of composition and you'll need to take your time and perhaps explain the subject why it is important to work with your instructions. Basically must do that the light source is not directly located to where the subject is looking (this generates a strong reflection), but perhaps slightly tilting the head, or better still we can locate the source of light at a side angle, for example, in this way reduces significantly (or completely) reflex.

If it's too late and there is another option that edit the image, then follow these Tips!
Tools to correct reflexes You can be various depending on the type of reflection that we want to modify. Especially if reflections are small, caused above all by the flash. For this we can use the Healing Brush (tool that allows us to take a sample in an area - press ALT to select the area of sample - and then play over the area you want to modify). As you can imagine, it's only useful - or realistic - to small space and requires a great deal of precision, test and erro and patience.
